Collecting Tar balls on Windward Beach Brick NJ

After noticing tar balls on Windward Beach In Brick NJ On July 8th I took videos, samples and informed the police. The next day on July 9th, I returned because my original video didn't show the shoreline. I took more video of the tar ball collection.
