Brick Dad Hit 3-Yr-Old Daughter With Brick, Say NJ Cops

Police are searching for a man who allegedly hit his three-year-old daughter with a brick in Brick, NJ. Edward Smith, 25, destroyed the child’s mother’s cellphone and stole her car after the Saturday night incident, and has been on the run since.
