Resolved Question: I need a lot of help with NJ transit bus?

Ok so me and my friends want to go to NYC for the heck of it. And we want to take a bus. Now is a 15 year old allowed to buy ticket and ride a NJ transit bus without an adult. Is there a certain age. The next question is do you need a ticket or can i walk on the bus and pay there. And how do transfer work. My bus leaves from Brick nj transfer at lakewood nj.
