Resolved Question: Will going to school part time effect my unemployment eligibility in NJ?

I was laid off from my job at the beginning of the month - it was as positive an experience as it could have been...no hard feelings. I applied for unemployment the next day. I said, truthfully, on my application that I was currently in school - I am working on my masters in marketing part time via online classes at a brick and mortar, accredited university. This of course threw up a red flag, and now I have a fact finding interview next week. In the meantime, I have already claimed for the first two weeks and have not yet received the check. Someone else that was let go with me already received their check, so I am quite certain that my schooling is what is holding me up. Can I be denied for going to school part time, online? I have been going for the part year and a half...it does not interfere at all. I am pulling straight A's, and I wasn't let go from my job for performance, and I know my HR department reported that.
